Don’t hang out with angry people whether they are family members, colleagues at work or acquaintanceships you think you can derive something out of.
Anger, like all intense emotional responses, is contagious.
Whether the anger is passive; expressed criticism, manipulation and other obsessive behaviors. Or, it is aggressive as in the hothead temper-tantrum throwing way, angry people are to be kept at bay.
Often, in my work, I find that people who are always angry have been deeply hurt in some way and so, they need professional help, even if they don’t immediately admit it.
But in any case, try as much as possible not to keep company with an angry person, lest they hurt you at a very deep level that makes you an angry person yourself,
